Medical Racism, Bush Bans Chinese Herb

With the banning of Ma Huang (Ephedra) a Traditional Chinese Medicinal herb without any real medical evidence of harm to the public and against the recommendations of an independent medical and scientific body, the Bush administration is committing an act of medical racism against the Chinese American community that relies on Ma Huang as a part of highly effective medical patent herbal remedies.

Health and Human Services Secretary Tommy Thompson actually had the gall to quote anecdotal nonscientific evidence as the very reason Health and Human Services and the Food and Drug Administration came to their obviously corrupt decision. The ban against Ma Huang can only be seen as the Trojan horse the pharmaceutical industry in America has been demanding for decades to do away with their highly effective competition. So far the U.S. government has only been able to musel the "dietary supplement industry" by removing that industries free-speech rights in the form of censuring the ability of legitimate herbal remedy companies from placing health claims on product labeling.

It only makes sense that the illegitimate government of the Bush Regime would be behave in this Stalinistic manner in order to allow a pharmaceutical industry who more often than not create poisonous chemical side effects rather than effective medicine to have a government imposed monopoly over the health of the American citizens. The fact is, Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine is competing effectively in providing health solutions, preventative and curative in a the co-called "free market" in America. As Americans are discovering the health benefits of Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine and other dietary supplements for preventive and curative health reasons the pharmaceutical industry is watching tens of billions of dollars every year being invested into the dietary supplement industry by American consumers that the pharmaceutical industry's greedy little minions can't seem to stop legitimately. So they have resorted to illegitimate means by bribing the criminal regime in the White House.

The pharmaceutical and Western medical industry have been running a failed decades-long campaign to remove highly effective Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine, Indigenous Peoples Herbal Medicine, Traditional European Vitamin Therapy and Homeopathic remedies from the marketplace. With an inquisitional zeal they have used anecdotal propaganda such as Chinese use of tiger penises, rhino horns and shark fins as the reason all these creatures are facing extinction when in fact Western colonial destruction of wild life habitat, the Great White Hunter, contemporary Western appetites' for exotic hardwoods and the West's apatite for shark meat are the main reasons behind the pressures on these animals.

By banning Ma Huang with the zero evidence of public harm the Bush regime is telling all Chinese-Americans and China itself the most successful civilization on the planet that their culture and medicine are illegitimate and thus inferior. There could not be a more clearer statement of State racism than what the Bush regime has committed itself to today. U.S. marshals entering every Chinatown in America and confiscating the heavily stocked supplies of Ma Huang will only lead to another underground controlled substance economy that will become part of the present illegitimate drug war.

The Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine, Indigenous Peoples Herbal Medicine, Traditional European Vitamin Therapy and Homeopathic remedy Industry and Americans must fight what can only be described as a new civil rights battle for Health Freedom. For this is only the beginning of what is obviously a planned effort to set a non evidenciary standard to ban at will any dietary supplement the government sees fit to. The deeper issue in banning dietary supplements is that one day the pharmaceutical industry can then patent the banned substances which presently have long been removed from being legally patented. But through the economic warfare the Bush regime has now launched against the dietary supplement industry, by the time they're done banning most dietary supplements there will be no one left in the industry to challenge the issuance of patents on dietary supplements (to large pharmaceutical companies) that the FDA can then approve and allow back into the marketplace creating an absolute monopoly.
